New to Yoga?
Everyone has been new to yoga at some point. We all start from scratch! Since we have this in common We figured we might share a few tips that will apply to the new yogi in the room or even a seasoned yogi that is coming back to the mat after a time away.
Here are a few poses that are great place to start when you’re new to yoga.
HIP BRIDGE: This pose helps to isolate your hamstrings and abdominal muscles to strengthen and stretch these areas.

LOW LUNGES: Your knee can on or off your mat. This pose with stretch your hip flexors. Great for those of you who are sitting at a seat for long periods of time.

BIRD DOGS: Promotes stronger stability muscles that will help with balance. Also strengthens your core and paraspinal muscles.
