Anti-Aging Bowl


  • 3 Tbsp. Chia seed pudding

  • ¾ Cup Plant-based milk

  • ½ Cup Blueberries

  • Dark Chocolate

  • Handful of Almonds

  • Hand full of Pumpkin Seeds

  • Pomegranate

  • 1-2 Figs

  • Sprinkle of Coconut flakes

  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract


Chia Seed Pudding: Mix Chia seeds, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract in mason jar and let set overnight or for at least one hour.

For breakfast: Scoop pudding into a bowl and top with the rest of the ingredients.
