Healthy Shots



Immunity Shot:

Ingredients:

  • 3 carrots

  • 1 lemon, peeled

  • 1” ginger, finely chopped

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • ½ cup water


Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour enough in 1 shot glass or small glass and enjoy! Store remaining shot in fridge for future enjoyment.














Energy Shot:

Ingredients:

  • 1 beetroot, including tops if possible.

  • 1 apple

  • 1 lemon, peeled

  • ½ cup water


Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour enough in 1 shot glass or small glass and enjoy! Store remaining shot in fridge for future enjoyment.














Heart Chakra Shot:

Ingredients:

  • 1 lime

  • 1 handful leafy greens such as kale or spinach

  • 1 handful herbs such as mint or parsley

  • 2 sticks celery

  • 1 kiwifruit

  • ½ cup water

Ingredients:

  • 1 lemon peeled

  • 4” ginger finely chopped

  • A pinch cayenne pepper

  • ½ cup water


Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour enough in 1 shot glass or small glass and enjoy! Store remaining shot in fridge for future enjoyment.
