I Love The Earth Bowl


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked Quinoa

  • 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds

  • 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds

  • ½ cup raw cauliflower

  • ½ cup raw red cabbage

  • 2 cups raw kale or spinach

  • ½ cup raw mushrooms

  • ½ avocado

  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

  • 2 Tbsp. Tahini Sauce.


Instructions:

Cook quinoa according to package. Toss all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
