
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked Quinoa
2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
½ cup raw cauliflower
½ cup raw red cabbage
2 cups raw kale or spinach
½ cup raw mushrooms
½ avocado
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Tahini Sauce.

Instructions:
Cook quinoa according to package. Toss all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
