
Ingredients:
1 Slice of whole grain bread of your choice
1 cup shredded kale
½ avocado
2 slices of tomato
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
In a small pan over medium heat, sauté kale with a splash of water and lemon juice until wilted (about 1 minute). Add garlic powder stir and remove from heat.
