Mediterranean Collard Wrap


Ingredients:

  • 1 collard green

  • ½ cup hummus

  • 1 cup chickpeas drained and rinsed

  • ¼ cup tomatoes

  • ¼ cup green, black, or kalamata olives

  • 1 cup favorite greens

  • ½ cup shredded carrots


Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in collard green, roll up and enjoy!
