Morning Brain Boost Bowl


Ingredients:

  • Flax seed pudding (instructions below)

  • Blueberries

  • Blackberries

  • Handful of Walnuts

  • Dark Chocolate Chunks

  • Almond Butter


Directions:

Flax seed pudding: 1 cup ground flaxseeds, 2 cups plant-based milk (any is fine), 2-3 dates pitted and diced. Combine ingredients in a jar and store in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight.


To make bowl: Scoop out desired amount of pudding and add nuts, berries, dark chocolate, and 2 Tbsp of almond butter.
