Morning Heart Chakra Bowl



Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 2 Tbsp. Hempseeds,

  • Handful of almonds,

  • 1 apple chopped

  • Strawberries sliced

Ingredients:

For overnight oats; mix rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk, syrup, vanilla extract, and salt together in a mason jar and store overnight. For breakfast: top with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
