Morning Sunrise Bowl


  • Chia seed pudding (instructions below)

  • Orange slices

  • Tangerine slices

  • Mango slices

  • Tangerine slices

  • Handful of Sunflower seeds

  • Sprinkle of Coconut flakes

  • 2-3 Dried apricots


Chia seed pudding: Blend one banana and 1 cup almond milk together in a blender. Pour mixture into a jar and add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, ½ cup steel cut oats, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract (optional). Stir ingredients together and put lid on jar. Let set in fridge overnight or at least two hours.

To make bowl: Scoop out half of the overnight oat mixture into a bowl. Top with fruit, nuts, and coconut flakes.
