
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas
Mixed Greens
1 cup shredded red cabbage
½ cucumber chopped
Handful of slivered almonds
Hemp Seeds
2-3 Tbsp. Hummus
1 tsp. cumin
Dash of sea salt
1 Tablespoon Sesame oil
Sesame Seeds

Instructions:
Toss chickpeas in sesame oil, cumin, and salt, sprinkle with sesame seeds and roast in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Place a couple handfuls of greens, 1 cup shredded red cabbage, ½ cucumber chopped, Handful of slivered almonds, sprinkle of hemp seeds, and hummus in a bowl, top with ½ cup roasted chickpeas and enjoy!
